People living with HIV often face stigma and discrimination. Many do not know what their rights are and how they can help to change things for the better. There are a number of organizations that are campaigning against stigma and discrimination and fighting for improved rights for people living with HIV.

GMAD brings awareness to HIV/Stigma and Discrimination by creating visual material which is designed to bring awareness of the issue. Started in 2007, the campaign has been implemented in various forms and campaigns.
